Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Launceston, Cornwall

The Piggery is a one bedroom self catering holiday home in Launceston. The large annex to our home has been beautifully converted into independent self catering accommodation for holidaymakers.

The bedroom has a super king size bed with the main bathroom en-suite. The Piggery can sleep a maximum of four guests, as the lounge has a very comfortable bed settee. There is also a travel cot that can be made available on request. As well as the en-suite bathroom, there is an additional toilet. The kitchen has a good cooker, dish washer & washing machine plus all the usual cutlery, crockery, pots & pans. There is a TV & DVD player in the lounge with a large choice of films that our guests can freely watch whilst on holiday here, plus a range of board games and local maps of the area for walkers.

This holiday home also has a lovely patio area with table and chairs & car parking available for two cars.

The Piggery is a dog friendly holiday cottage, please just ensure you clean up after your dog & keep it under control. The holiday home is in a great position for dog walking being close to both Bodmin Moor & Dartmoor, plus only 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful Cornish beaches. There is an outside tap to help clean muddy paws.

The Piggery is also in an ideal position to explore both Devon & Cornwall, as we’re right on the border of these two beautiful counties & close to the A30. We only offer one week rentals all year round, but this helps us to keep the self catering cottage price relatively cheap at just £595 per week including a welcome pack containing milk, butter, bread & juice. Towels and bedding are provided and there is central heating during the colder months.
